"The EPACBA is a network of professional licensed captains operating on the Pennsylvania waters of Lake Erie to promote environmental advocacy, education and awareness of today’s fisheries issues. By working closely with the PAF&BC and other Lake Erie fishery stakeholders, the EPACBA will lend a helping hand from a professional standpoint that will be in the best interests of ALL Lake Erie boaters."
